Very disappointed that the client does not have any protection if something happens during the delivery. . I had placed an order for over £500 and was delivered with torn packages and missed items inside with Evri delivery. After complaining and providing photos customer services did not make anything to compensate my loss and told me to speak with my payment provider. They just said that the investigation into the delivery has been made and all the items have been delivered. This is the word of the delivery, where is my word then? Who will take responsibility for the torn package with missing items? Where is our protection as customers? For such an amount spent on Sport Direct they should make some insurance. The packaging is weak. No protection, no care for the customers. Never will do shopping with them again ever!!!
