All the documentation was not assembled by the nurse prior to me going into the operating theatre for a nerve block, consequently there was a delay whilst this was found. What is usually a 2 hour stay in the hospital stretched to 5 hours. The worst experience I have had at the Spire, as usually everything is so straight forward !
