This is very poor! I’ve walk over an hour into town to be turned away! I’ve booked my appointment and then been told to do it at home. The website has let me book the appointment!!!!!! I want to talk to the expert not have some computer tell me I’m ok. I could have been working and earning money but instead I’ve wasted 2 1/2 hours!
Sort it out !!
