After a stressful order, where I used my old address as delivery address, the service received was fantastic! They replied to my very panicked emails outside of opening hours and helped me rectify it immediately. Great alternative to ordering from 4ocean themselves to save on shipping miles and sustainable packing, it's a win-win. Two orders with Soul Hippy which have been delivered really fast, I'm a very happy customer. 11/10! :)
