The initial purchase via the website was easy and straight forward. The trousers were delivered on time and were well packaged. Regrettably the Robell Marie Paisley Jackard trousers were not as described. The website stated they were a generous fit, Easy, Comfy pull-on design with super stretchy light weight viscose polyester and elastane fabris. The actual trousers were labelled "slim fit" and they were not generous, easy, comfy pull-on design. Having previously bought Robell Marie trousers in shops I was most disappointed to find such a difference. I telephoned to query this and see if the wrong trousers had been sent but was treated with indifference stating they were made in Germany and was just one type. Given the background, my request for a refund of the return postage cost was dismissed as "it won't cost you much!!" My email complaint dated 22 November 2024 remains unanswered. Further on-line purchases will not occur.
