Had an issue not getting my parcel, emailed 3 times and had no response after 2 international phone calls as im living outside the uk I finally got a promise of a refund as my parcel was returned by royal mail to the company, my refund was not for the full amount so again I had to contact the company and they agreed to refund the full amount, as yet I have not had my refund as they say it takes up to a week, it is well over a week now and it looks like I will have to pick up the phone to them yet again.
