Had to keep the shoes. The return policy is NOT clear. The Packing Slip stated that sale shoes were NOT eligible for return. (I did not see that mentioned on the website). I had ordered a second set of shoes in the meantime, trying to tweak the fit, thinking that I had 30 days to return one or the other pair ordered. When I was ready to send the first pair back, I read on the packing slip that sale shoes were NOT returnable. When I called, I was told that sale shoes ARE returnable, w/in 14 days of purchase, but I had missed the deadline. The second pair fit better, but I had to return them, as I had to keep the sale shoes. I couldn’t rationalize spending $500 on two pairs of shoes. I wrote to Sole Bliss but to no avail.
