Ordered for the first time, printed the paper measure and thought I got it right, was excited when the order arrived. Bought 3 different bands and 2 were tight, went in to do an exchange and it was very easy to do. I was even more surprised when the email arrived saying to share the unusable bands with a friend. Avoiding the hassle of going out and dropping them off somewhere was a plus and they shipped out the replacement bands very quickly. I would buy other bands from them and suggest them to my friends.
