This was my first order from Slim's Detailing and everything went to plan apart from the fact they addressed my parcel to the wrong address and I had to go and retrieve this from a couple of roads over. The address contained a business name that was not supposed to be on the label.
I contacted Customer Service 5 days ago but am yet to receive a response.
**UPDATE**
After having to chase Slims Detailing on a couple of occasions they finally responded and agreed to refund my delivery charge.
