Very pleased with the order process however it all went wrong after that. No notification that the parcel had been despatched. After I chased it up 3 days later was told that I had refused the delivery. Not true. Courier never attempted delivery. Parcel delivered next day damaged. Then after posting a query on your website I’m still waiting for an answer. This was my first experience using Slims Detailing and sorry to say not a happy one.
