Ordering on-line was simple, with clear procedure. Tap recieved via UPS with no difficulties. Packaging was suitable for the item and carefully done. Tap in pristeen condition when opened. Couldn't see any guidance on how to keep it clean other than fitting instructions. Not a problem, as I'll just do a search for information.
Plumber fitted tap easily and commented on how nice it looked.
The movements are smooth in terms of handle and rotation across my double sink. It looks beautiful!
