My order came wrong, two out of three bulbs correct, one wrong. Struggled to get through on the phone, so sent an email with the promise of a reply within the 1hr, next day still no reply but this time I got through on the phone and the matter resolved. I even get to keep the wrong bulb. New bulb received quickly so all is well.
