When I first started with simple booth I was impressed with the ease of using. Over the past few events I have run into multiple issues with EXTREMELY inconsistent printing of photos. I have reached out to Simplebooth for help. They respond but most of the time refer me to a link. I was told they have no telephone tech support. Over the past week they referred me to DNP printer support (I'll give tech support at DNP 5 star rating) DNP walked me through everything that should get my IPad to print & actually got it to print. Unfortunately like in the past, when i got to the event, i got test print & 1 print. I ended up refunding the people who hired me part of my fee. I gave Simplebooth 2 stars because the digital prints work perfectly...but not having the hard copy prints was extremely disappointing to many. I am looking into a wired connection to see if that resolves my issue. Until I straighten this issue out, I am not booking events with prints.
