Website was easy to use, order arrived on time, and the trolley was very good value. I purchased it for my sister who doesn't drive and has used a pull shopping trolley for a while but finds it makes her shoulders and back ache. So I thought a push trolley would be better. She is delighted with it and is so pleased to be able to do her shopping comfortably
