I have been delighted with the service given by Shopping Trolleys Direct. when they couldn't fulfil my request for a replacement part for a damaged wheel to be sent, they were helpful in giving me the link to buy a pair of replacement wheels as a solution. I followed this up and bought them, pleased that I had no need to buy a whole new trolley. This was all so good in itself, but what impressed me still more was that even before the wheels had been delivered, I was emailed instructions on how to remove the good wheel and fit both of the new ones. This was so thoughtful and kind of them, and I was well pleased as when I came to follow these instructions as they were very straightforward, and I did it all easily. I was glad to have them as I don't think I would have managed without. I am 85 and don't have a mechanical mind, but Kevin at Shopping Trolleys Direct made this whole experience so easy and pleasant. I was most grateful, and touched by the thought and kindness of the service I was given, and I would recommend this firm to anyone.
