I needed to purchase a new PC for my family, and I came across ShopiOSx through an online advertisement. Despite some negative reviews, I decided to give their website a try. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email, and shortly after, a lady named Jessica reached out to inquire about my ordering experience and provided an estimated time of arrival. A day later, they sent me the tracking details. I was slightly worried because my USPS tracking showed that the item was awaiting pickup at a partner facility for a few days. I decided to contact their support, and both Jessica and another customer service representative (whose name I forgot) reassured me to be patient. Following their advice, I waited a few more days and checked the tracking again, noticing that the package was finally en route to me. It got delivered on Monday, me & my kids decided to test it out and connect it to to my PC monitor, the Mac mini operated great. Although the box lacked a bottom upon delivery, the mac mini was flawless, showing no signs of damage or scratches. For everything I paid $289 before tax, with an extra $20 for prioritized shipping
