I used my food flask for the first time 2 days ago.The soup I had made in the morning was barely warm by lunch time.It’s not true that it stays hot for 10 hours.I had to eat it almost cold as there’s always a queue for the microwave and we only get 30 minutes break.
I have tried to contact the company to return it through email and message and Facebook and not had one single response!!
I will not be buying the products again and can little afford to have wasted my money.Very upset and annoyed about this.I noticed that they only reply to positive messages.Might try to take this further.
