I recently bought my first SHO item as I was looking for a great travel cup that I could use for iced coffee and hot drinks. I bought the Calix bottle with the normal lid and I bought the lid/straw combo as an extra. I was initially very pleased with my SHO as it looks great and is a good size. However, I do struggle to have hot drinks in this cup. There is no way to cover or block the drinks opening to the lid so I do worry about it spilling easily, and I find the lid comes off very easily. Additionally, the lid to the cup is made of metal so when it is filled with a hot drink, the lid gets very hot and I have burnt my top lip on the lid a couple of times. You have to wait for your drink to be cool before you can drink it, which defeats the purpose of having an insulated travel cup. I think if they could re-design the lid, this cup would be 10/10!
