EPDM sheet wrapped in paoer which was all soaking wet on delivery so that the instructions on the wrapper were all torn in pieces and were impossible to read.
The nailing of the boards was poor and in some cases missing , the floor supports in some cases were only only tacked at each end.
The final straw was the ridge beam was missing altogether.
