I’d made the decision before I started the plan, to stick to it 7 days a week for the first couple of weeks. So 1 week in and, although the weekend was difficult, the variety of food, textures and tastes made this so much easier than I expected. Having 4 different meals / meals replacements per day also made it easier, as I’m not having to go as long between meals. I’m drinking plenty of water and having 2 coffees a day too. My gut has struggled a bit with the significant change to diet but it has improved as the week has gone on. Overall, I’m really pleased with the amount of choice, fast delivery and the price of the plan.
