Can only review shakes & soups as that's my preference rather than meals & snacks.
Having tried some of the fancy flavour shakes, the standard strawberry, vanilla, banana & chocolate are more to my taste as less sweet.
Soups over winter have been a great & warming alternative to the shakes on colder days.
5 months in, replacing breakfast & lunch with either a shake or soup & with a considered dinner, I've maintained a healthy 2lb loss most weeks & am just about where I want to be.
