I saw a stylist called jake. Throughout the treatment I felt low confidence, very disregarded and spoken to as if I had no idea about hair products etc. He made very unfair and immature comments, right up to comparing my hair to 'granny's hair' was his exact words. I would never come back nor reccomend. He was rude and always criticising my style of hair.
