For over a month I have had problems with my account. No-one at the helpline or IT has sorted the problem. The service has been abysmal. I will now look to use other stores to order what I need.
Ten plus years of good service has been destroyed by incompetent office staff. Feel sorry for the guys and ladies who work in the stores being let down by office? Staff or are they WFH!
