I had a minor problem called up to try get it sorted had my direct debit cancelled and now all my prices have gone up and going up again soon, so i rang up for help for a minor problem and now have a much bigger problem and still not resolved, the guy was a sales guy trying sell me a new contract when i was wondering what happend to my current contract, absolute joke!!!! Robbing scum
