It was super easy. Your booth being at the entrance to the cruise terminal was a big help. The scooter worked well and made our cruise so much more enjoyable. When returning at end of cruise the attendant even allowed us to use it to get to our car which saved my husband the hastle of driving around back into the terminal to pick me up. I already booked for my next two cruises.
