The experience was good; woman on the phone when I ordered was good and very polite, Price was good. Scooter was at the hotel Bellstand when I arrived. Unfortunately en route from Orlando Convention center on 1/17 somebody opening the door for me let it go prematurely. It swung shut as I went through and broke my ankle. Scooter was undamaged. I am still dealing with consequences two m later. The ADA door from Conference center to walkway to Hyatt was broken which is why this happened.
