The scarf received was true to the picture and exactly what I was hoping for but I nearly missed the delivery which I needed quickly by being too hasty placing the order. I contacted the team and the matter was kindly and efficiently addressed with a speedy same day order placement. No fuss just fabulous customer service and this is the main reason why if I need another pashmina I would not look anywhere else. Excellent product Excellent Service.
