Goods (coat) arrived with a 6 inch slash on the front, not done in transit. Cost almost £5 to send it back on top of the £5.99 delivery charge, They charge 13p a min if you want to ring them, but expect a long on hold delay. You pay heavily for the privilege of being sent rubbish damaged products. They also do not answer emails (3 to date) No online chat working. And still waiting for my refund after 2 weeks (minus the £10.99 delivery & return of course) A bunch of sharks do not use.
