I too had a delivery booked on the 28th Feb. 2018 which was cancelled due to the weather. I rebooked for the Friday but that too was cancelled despite the roads being an awful lot better. I drove myself to the store on Friday evening to get some shopping and the roads were clear.
I booked another delivery today Thursday 8th March at 7.30 PM and once again my order has been cancelled! There is some snow this morning but it is set to improve as the day progresses.
I have seen Morrisons, Tesco and Asda all delivering as normal through this weather. Its a joke!!
