The quality of the meat in Sainsburys is just terrible. I have purchased whole chicken and chicken thighs and been absolutely stunned at the amount of water that comes out of it. Yesterday we had venison steaks - had to give at least half of the pack to the dog as it was so tough and full of sinew.
I did not expect the products to be injected with so much water.
I've rarely shopped in Sainsburys before, but having moved, this is the local store (Bridgemead Swindon). What a disappointment.
