5 Stars are not enough to illustrate the level of exemplary service provided by Karly! She was nice, professional and fully accomodating giving me her time and attention, as I had a few detailed specific quetions and requests in order to place the order. It was also the most I'd spent on a rug in my lifetime, and Karly understood and made it possible and a pleasure. I've previously ordered from Rug Studio and recommended them to others, but Karly was especially great! Thanks for emplying her and being such a good company all around.
