Another item lost a signed for package ...we all know these items are opened and put in some one pocket ..the customer services are in denial all the time , the royal mail is not fit for purpose, I have been waiting since 15 March for a signed for package to be delivered , Exeter to Sheffield... at Sheffield the item has been misplaced .. lost ...more like put in some ones pocket ... complained to royal mail and they are so ... so unhelpful ....never again will I use this company ... would rather give my money to a courier service ...at least I know the item would arrive
