There was a problem with the delivery of my parcel. Customer services said they could easily sort it and deliver it correctly. It was delivered but to a random address. Second call told me that the first agent was not being honest as he had no ability to help me. They said they should have been returned to sender. This was followed by, ‘Is there anything else we can help you with today’. When I asked to escalate the complaint I was stonewalled. A complete joke!
