If I could give Royal Mail 0 stars I would. In my opinion it needs a complete overhaul with new management from the top down. I send orders daily for my online business and the service is so unreliable it’s not even funny. 1st Class is completely hit and miss- sometimes arrives next day, sometimes after a week. Roughly 1 in every 10 parcels go missing completely. It’s a disgrace that UK people have such a poor service for sending letters and small parcels. It can’t all be blamed on the COVID pandemic, either, as it was no better before then. They are not afraid to keep raising their prices, though- totally overpriced without the quality to match.
