Our garage door is our gateway to repairing the people of Luton and surrounding areas vehicles. Luckily It failed shut but we knew no reason why! We were recommended Royal Garage Doors by another local business. After contacting them by email on the Sunday evening. Early Monday morning, we received a polite phone call to say one of their managers would visit and assess our site's problems. Steve arrived midday and although we were expecting to be sold a complete new door as ours was 7-8 years old. He could see that it just needed removing first and checking for broken parts, (and whilst this was being done). Then the failed parts being replaced with new. Understandably, he could not quote without correct diagnose. We agreed and he arranged a team of two door technicians to visit on the Tuesday. They carried out the needed work of replacing a brake and new electric motor. Setting up the doors controls so it worked correctly and cleared their work-site clear and clean. Turn over- quick same day. Our business could now resume operate, at this time with no mention of cost! Wednesday we received a email with Royal garage doors invoice for their workmanship and parts used. The charges were very reasonable as there was no cemented deal agreed before work commenced. The quality of service very high. The team polite, knowledgeable and professionally equipped with tooling. Five stars, ten out of ten rating given. We would definitely recommend Royal garage doors.
