Having used Roboform for about twenty hears, I have found it to be the best of several password managers. I have also found their customer service to be excellent, responding to questions and issues quickly with accurate information. I rated Roboform 4 out of 5 stars as I have suggested on previous surveys that they offer a 'favorites' list instead of a list containing most used passwords. Also, I am less than thrilled with their mobile program for iOS. Integration with the mobile program is cumbersome and not dependable. But a 'favorites' list would earn a 5 star rating from me.
