The products are amazing, don't get me wrong but there's a couple of things that Ringtons could do when an order is placed for gifts that would make it so much better and more reassuring. We were notified that the item was 'something something dispatched' by both Ringtons and the courier company on Friday, two days after placing the order. Reasonable time frame. So you think, yay! it's on its way! Nope. That apparently was 'we're thinking about dispatching your order' and it wasn't actually dispatched until the following Tuesday. Not so great. Nowhere during the order process is there somewhere to include a message with your gift. This might be reassuring to slightly anxious recipients who are currently being bombarded with text message scams about parcels, especially when Ringtons manages to leave off the recipient's name from the parcel and it looks a little suspect when it arrives. Also they don't give the courier the second (recipient's) email address for tracking, just yours. Not entirely helpful if you're the other end of the country. Gifts aren't meant to give the recipient anxiety attacks. But once there and opened, the biscuits in particular do go down very well. ;)
