He was very polite, & explained everything to me… he even worked out that the door had not been locked. He worked to get that all fixed and was still fixed earlier than I thought… Throughout he was polite, with enough friendliness to make me at ease. Finally he broke down the bill & explained my signature would release the money.. Hard to get better or politer workmanship .Rita Finlay
