Not a happy experience. Admittedly Remland were the only ones on-line who had the carpet I wanted. Ordered on Fri 10 March, it took Remland 10 days to get round to dispatching the small piece of entrance matting. Remland chose to use DX for the delivery. Sadly DX were particularly inefficient. They said they delivered at 08.30 which was probably true but I heard no door bell and it was left at a neighbour. DX claimed to have left a ‘calling card’ but none was left. One neighbour said that they didn’t have it. It shouldn’t be up to me to chase round all the neighbours, just a simple card with a house number would solve everything. The other neighbour is a nurse and I don’t like disturbing her in case she is sleeping. It was not until the afternoon that she kindly brought the carpet to me. A very poor experience compared to dealing with other on-line retailers. Remland OK if you don’t mind waiting and can put up with DX leaving your purchase who knows where.
