I purchased my 10'6" Ride 2-1/2 years ago, as a replacement for my third Boardworks inflatable. I'm a SUP instructor with the Boy Scouts of America and my boards get a great deal of use and abuse. I liked my Boardworks iSUPs but they were constantly developing leaks, thus the need for four between 2013 and 2017 (each of which I had to buy). Sixteen months after buying my Ride, it too developed a small leak, along the side seam which is very hard to patch. I wrote Red Paddle, just hoping for advice on how I should attempt repairs. Instead, they volunteered to replace the board at no charge. I have since put the replacement through it paces, including some pretty rough river runs, and it takes whatever it is given. I don't believe there is a better quality iSUP and I'm certain there is no higher class company.
