I could not be happier - I have tried more than a dozen of the flavors, and my picky best friend has as well, and we are just thrilled. The best part is that they arrive flash frozen so I defrost them as needed. This is so important to preventing waste as I often have work meals pop up, and then have to throw away food I don't eat. These I defrost the night before. I like the variety they have where some are very caloric and intended as a meal replacement. Others are lower calorie to complement a meal. My only request is I wish they made the small size in more flavors.. it's perfect to add on to a meal that might be a little light in veggies to make it a little healthier. I don't use them as a cleanse, I simply use them as fresh juices to augment my daily meals.
