My goal was to reset my carb and sugar addiction, as well as lose a few pounds. My husband just had surgery and we were looking for a high nutrient/anti-inflammatory boost for his recovery. The juices came frozen totally intact, easy to thaw, and the flavors are terrific, amazing, delicious. it was good having a goal and knowing that I had the five or six bottles that I could go to and an occasional piece of fruit fruit with plenty of water, I felt full 90% of the time I did experience a little bit of a headache now and then and felt totally comfortable that if I was hungry, it was time for another bottle. I’ve lost 7 pounds and I feel like I’m more focused on my intake, and just focused overall. The pre, during and post instructions were very helpful. in the future I would do this again in a minute.
