First the flavors of the juice were great ! Being slightly still hungry toward the end of each day I just added light steamed broccoli besides that it was mind over matter. 3 days I lost little over 5 pounds felt a lot more clear and more energy and determined to begin a healthy lifestyle. I’d like to try again in 6 months just to cleanse the gut ! Much appreciated to you guys !
