It is unusual to find such excellent service these days. Whilst the website is perhaps slightly confusing to follow, the service provided by your people was first class. I have to make specific mention of Ben Brandreth who was professional, patient, proactive and helpful throughout the process. We were working to tight timescales, I was perhaps a little nervous because we needed to be right first time, the "commercial implications" of failure were should we say "significant". I needed someone to take ownership, and Ben certainly did this, he gave me the confidence that all was in hand. Certainly an asset in your organisation, I wish him well.
