I brought in a wallet that needed a broken snap repaired. It was a gift given to me several years ago. The sales associate was able to find the orginal purchase and my wallet was sent out for repair at no charge. Also, since I did not live locally R. Riveter sent it to me at my home address. I truely appreciated the excellent customer servive.
