Quictent has amazing customer service. I made the mistake of not removing the cover for winter and we had very heavy snow this year. They helped me determine if I needed replacement pieces or a new set up. They got me what I needed as a replacement quickly and at a great price. They stand by their product and I'm very happy with trying them again.
