To be fair, I've used this company twice. The first time, good service, prompt despatch at fair price. Used the second time - a total disaster zone. Order placed, email acknowledgment received then total silence. After 2 weeks of non receipt of goods, I tried to contact. No response to emails, no way of contact via the phone. I cancelled the order by email. Received a reply stating they were sorry, and would refund me within 14 days. Six weeks later I have still not received my refund, so I am having to take the dispute to my credit card company to get a refund by their chargeback system.
