The iPhone 6s arrived and all was well until after a day of use the screen stopped responding to touch in the middle.
This fault was intermittent so I can’t blame Quick Mobile Fix for this issue as it was probably working fine when tested before dispatch.
After emailing customer services I was sent a printable return label the next day.
I sent the item and within days I was contacted by the repairs team offering me a replacement phone.
Unfortunately I had already bought a new phone to replace this one so I requested a full refund instead.
The staff were very friendly and helpful in dealing with my issue and I been issued a refund but it will take 14 working days to arrive.
I can recommend quick mobile fix for anyone wanting a refurbished phone so long as the issue I experienced was only a one time thing but like I said, these things happen and can easily be missed.
