I have bought two handsets within the past twelve months and the service and customer information has been poor on both occasions. Both were delivered late; that is beyond their stated delivery period. One excessively (6 working weeks) the other in 3 weeks. With no voluntary information forthcoming each time I had to chase, and chase again. Customer service is poor. The product is good.
