I was letting out my property through Purplebricks UK, when I moved over to Australia. After 7 months, my tenant who had signed a 12 month rental agreement vacated with no warning, and it was only that I started chasing my missing rent that I learned he had vacated. 6 months later, I have not received the bond, rental arrears, or even a check out inspection! I have no idea of the state of my flat. I have been promised the world, and not a single thing has happened since April 2020, when I stopped receiving my rent. I have phoned numerous times, spent hundreds of dollars on hold to this pathetic company, promised the world, for ZERO result. Needless to say in response to the laughable question I was asked today... NO WAY will I be re-letting with Purplebricks. I am absolutely disgusted by the business practice of this company. There is no excuse for the lack of effort and communication. I am £10k worse off as a result of their incompetence and I would highly recommend that you NEVER trust them to look after your assets.
